We strive to provide the highest quality services. On rare occasions if services are deficient, refunds may be offered per this Policy.

Read our Terms & Conditions along with this Policy.

Refunds apply for eligible services within 15 days.

By using our website, you agree to be bound by this Policy.

2. Definitions

Business Days: Not Saturday, Sunday, public or bank holiday in India.

Customer: Person availing services for consideration (non-commercial).

Date of Transaction: Date on invoice, including renewal dates.

3. Refund Rules

Refunds apply if services are not delivered due to unforeseen circumstances.

Refunds are not processed for wrong service orders.

Refund requests require supporting documents and verification.

Refunds are applied to original payment method once qualified.

4. Order Not Confirmed but Amount Deducted

Contact your bank if the order is not confirmed but amount is deducted. It may take 7 business days for reversal.

If unresolved, contact customer care.

5. Exemptions

No refunds if:

  • You were aware of the issue before purchase.
  • Free services.
  • Requests made after refund window closed.

6. Your Data

Data privacy is governed by our Privacy Policy.

7. Response Time

Refunds are normally processed within 15 business days after verification.

We are not liable for delays caused by banks or third-party providers.

8. Cancellation of Return Request

You can cancel a return/refund request by emailing customer care.

9. Refusal of Return or Refund Request

We reserve the right to refuse any refund request not in compliance with this Policy or applicable laws.

10. Changes to Policy

We may change this Policy from time to time. Check the Policy before availing services.

Continued use after changes indicates agreement.

11. Force Majeure

Not liable for interruption due to events beyond our control (natural disasters, pandemics, legal action, etc.).
